IF the employees were nice this would have been a perfect day, as we really were able to find everything we needed. We bought 2 pair of shoes, 3 pair of pants, 5 shirts, and lots of undergarments. ![]() We purchased from Van Heusen, Tommy Hilfiger, Jockey, Rack Room Shoe, and the candy store which had great cookies. We were there on a Monday, it was very slow there at the time, the reason we picked this day, as we needed lots of clothing. We were in all the shoe stores and they were all the same. The blonde lady(one that greeted us) was nice at check out. However, the dark hair lady on floor was put out the entire time we were there, unfriendly, irritated that she had to put shoes back on rack or that we did not do it right. ![]() We needed a pair of running shoes and casual shoes, our bill 98 dollars for both. At Rack Room Shoes we purchased two pair of shoes, First time we entered no one greeted us. Of course there were some good, but over all the over all feeling at this outlet is that you are disturbing them. We were there on a major shopping trip and made a lot of purchases that day, from many unfriendly people. We found most of the store personnel to be unfriendly, and not helpful. They have a cute train ride would be great fun for the kids. I believe this outlet has had difficult times with the economy. The outlet has several stores including American Eagle, Bath and Body, Kitchen collection, Several shoe stores. It is right next to 71 so there is easy access. There is not much outside the location except a few fast food places. There is only a few fast food food places you find elsewhere. It is an outdoor plaza mall so keep that in mind for the weather. All you are seeing is a ride around the shops basically advertising the stores. Unless you have small children skip the train. Many of the stores offer a discount if you get a savings card which is free. What you need to do is get a flyer from the customer service counter near the food court. The prices you see are what it sells for for the outlet store. You can find good prices but not everything is a bargain. Another thing here don't expect a large amount of staff in the stores. ![]() They also give item to charity that can't be sold anymore but still can be used. EDDIE BAUER OUTLET (outlet/factory store) located in Burbank, Ohio on address: 9911 Avon Lake Rd, Burbank, OH 44214 (location Ohio Station Outlets) - phone, directions & gps, opening hours. A store in a mall will rather reduces the prices their old stock rather than shipping it to a outlet store. People don't seem to realize what it takes to move merchandise around and the expense. You will not always find the same selections you get in the main stores and department stores. You are not finding merchandise from a mall store being sent here. The merchandise you find here is made for and priced for this type of location. The thing to keep in mind here these are outlet stores. It is a shame that about a third of the retail spaces here are empty. I will not return to this place.A good place for shopping but it is a bit out of the way. I was grateful to have made it out of there without causing damage to my rental car. Save money on Clothing, Shorts, Pants, Pajamas, Clothes and Shirts. If there is indeed another, I have never seen it, nor have I ever been directed to it via signs, gps or any other obvious signs of guidance. Jockey Outlet in Burbank, Cleveland OH 44214: Get store location, business hours, phone numbers and more. The GPS on any device I have ever used going back as far back as one can go has only brought me through this entrance. I did not see any signs stating that this was a non public entrance. The only road I am aware of to gain access to this shopping center is this pot hole filled frightening path. The shopping center claims (as I read from previous reviews) that this road is used as a service entrance only, but this is not at all true. ![]() The long road entering the shopping area was covered in large pot holes, with orange cones throughout. The building exteriors had pealing paint and were badly in need of repairs and basic sprucing up in several areas. The other very obvious clue that this mall is on it's way out is the building and land maintenance was non existent. The few stores that I went inside, were either advertising that they were clearing their inventory to move to new locations, or they did not have much stock. I was however disappointed to find at least half (if not more) of the store fronts were abandoned by previous retailers who obviously bailed on this location. I decided to take a drive over to the Ohio Station Outlets in search of some great buys. I moved out of Ohio many years ago, and returned a week or so ago to visit family. I remember this Ohio Station Outlets from over 25 years ago when it was a hopping fun outlet mall with an active kiddie train, lots of shops and an abundance of happy shoppers.
